Whats your refund policy for returns?

Our goal is for you to love your new device. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of shipment for any reason. We’ll process your refund typically within one business day. To keep our prices competitive, we may charge a 10% restocking fee.

For functionality issues beyond 30 days, our 12-month warranty covers all product defects. Contact us if your device malfunctions, and we’ll either send a replacement or issue a gift card in the amount of your order. Note that physical or water damage voids the warranty.

To initiate a return, please contact us and provide your order number. If you return a device without its original cable and adapter, a $10 fee per accessory will apply.

30 Day Return Policy

12 Month Warranty

Our 12-month warranty covers all product defects, including hardware and software issues, or any malfunction independent of user use (e.g., touch sensitivity, battery failure).

What is Covered:

  • Technical defects

  • Faults due to improper workmanship or materials

  • Damage in transit (please note that you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the device to report this.  After that, we cannot accept the device back as your warranty would be voided.)                             

What is Not Covered:

  • Issues caused by third-party software or unauthorized repair 

  • Improper use or failure to follow instructions

  • Components added post-sale

  • Normal wear and tear, external damage, or abuse

Important Notes:

  • Ensure secure packaging for returns; damage during transit is not covered.

  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover shipping costs and maintain low prices.

  • The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is void if the device is tampered with.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Upon receiving the return, we will apply a refund to your account. It typically takes about 2-3 business days for the money to be transferred to your bank account, depending on your bank. To keep our pricing competitive, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any order.

What voids my warranty?

Transparency is as important to us as our products. We clearly outline what can void your warranty, ensuring no hidden surprises. Common reasons for voided warranties include:

  • Losing your device
  • Dropping or breaking the phone
  • Water damage

Please be aware that these issues will void all warranties, and we cannot accept the device for return under these conditions.

Received a damaged device

If you receive a damaged device, it was likely damaged in transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the device, and our team will gladly accept the return. Once we confirm the damage occurred during transit, we will send you a replacement with the same specifications and functionality.
