What to Do When Your Phone is Blacklisted:

Verify Blacklisting: Confirm that your phone is indeed blacklisted by contacting your carrier or using online IMEI checker tools.

Contact us: If you purchased the phone from us, contact us at Support@oftechstore.com with your order details for assistance.

Check Return Policies: Review the return and warranty policies for possible solutions.

I have not received my order?

We understand the frustration of not receiving your order and aim to resolve it quickly. If tracking shows it wasn’t delivered, contact us at Support@oftechstore.com 

If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, try these steps:

Check your mail and with neighbors.

Ask your local carrier.

Visit your local UPS, FedEx, or USPS office.

Check with family members.

Look in the back of your mailbox.

Confirm with the recipient if sent to someone else.

If unresolved, please contact us and we will see how can we help.

Missing a Device from Your Order

Check Your Order Confirmation: Verify all items listed in your order confirmation email.

Inspect Packaging: Double-check the packaging materials to ensure the device wasn’t missed.

Contact Customer Support: Email us at Support@oftechstore.com or visit our “Contact Us” page. Provide your order number and details about the missing device.

Follow Up: Our team will investigate the issue and provide a solution, such as sending the missing device or issuing a refund.

I’m unhappy with the accessories that came with my device. What are my options?

With every purchase, you’ll receive a compatible cable and adapter for your device. If either the cable or adapter isn’t functioning properly, please contact us immediately. Our team is committed to providing a solution as soon as possible. We will send you a one time replacement right away. 

We ensure that all accessories are tested for compatibility and functionality. Should any issues arise, our team is ready to assist you promptly, ensuring you have everything you need to enjoy your new device without any hassle.

What should I do before returning my device/order?

Before returning your device, please ensure you remove all personal accounts and data:

iCloud Account:

Go to Settings.

Tap [Your Name].

Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out.

Google Account:

Go to Settings.

Tap Accounts.

Select Google and tap Remove Account.

Other Accounts and Data:

Log out of all other accounts and ensure any personal data is erased.

Ensure your device is securely packaged and use the prepaid return label provided to ship it back. If you need assistance, please contact us.

My order was cancelled.
