Omni Flip Tech Store 12 Month Warranty
Omni Flip Tech Store’s 12-month Warranty covers all product defects (hardware and software), or any malfunction of the phone independent of your use (such as touch-sensitive malfunction, battery failure, pushbuttons, etc.).
If your device shows any malfunction, contact our team at Support@oftechstore.com with your order number to start your warranty claim. Once we receive the device, our team will repair it or send you a fully functional replacement.

This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to:
Transportation or storage
Issues caused by third-party software or unauthorized repair
Improper use; failure to follow the product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance

Normal wear and tear or external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions beyond our reasonable control.
Please ensure to package your item as securely as possible, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by insecure packaging during transit. We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any return to keep our prices as low as possible. This helps us cover our shipping costs and helps us maintain our incredible pricing.
Are our accessories original?
While we cannot guarantee original accessories with each device, our team covers all accessories provided. If you receive a nonfunctioning charger, please contact us, and we’ll ensure the issue is promptly resolved.
Where does my item ship from?
All our devices are shipped directly from one of our locations across the United States, ensuring quick and reliable delivery.
What is the difference between certified preowned and new?
Certified pre-owned phones are gently used, meticulously inspected by our professional team, and repaired if needed. Plus, they come with a complimentary 1-year warranty for your peace of mind.
In contrast, new phones, while unused, may not undergo the same level of testing. They come with a limited warranty of only a few weeks, and extending this warranty will incur additional costs.
How do I return my device?
To return your device, visit our “Contact Us” page or email us at Support@oftechstore.com . Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will then email you a prepaid return label for shipping. Before returning, please ensure you remove your iCloud account from the device. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund or expedite a replacement for you.

12 Month Warranty
Our 12-month warranty covers all product defects, including hardware and software issues, or any malfunction independent of user use (e.g., touch sensitivity, battery failure).
What is Covered:
Technical defects
Faults due to improper workmanship or materials
Damage in transit (please note that you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the device to report this. After that, we cannot accept the device back as your warranty would be voided.)
What is Not Covered:
Issues caused by third-party software or unauthorized repair
Improper use or failure to follow instructions
Components added post-sale
Normal wear and tear, external damage, or abuse
Important Notes:
Ensure secure packaging for returns; damage during transit is not covered.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover shipping costs and maintain low prices.
The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is void if the device is tampered with.
30-day Return Policy
Our goal is for you to fall in love with your new device. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it for any reason within 30 days of shipment. To keep our prices low, we may charge a 10% restocking fee to cover shipping costs.
If your device has functionality issues beyond 30 days, you’re still covered by our 12-month warranty. Note that physical or water damage voids this warranty.
Returning a device without the original cable and adapter incurs a $10 fee per accessory. The 30-day return policy applies only to the device; accessories are non-refundable.
US Shipping Policy
At Omni Flips Tech Store, we pride ourselves on delivering your device quickly and safely. We ship to every state in the US. Please note that business days exclude weekends, so weekend orders will take longer.
International Shipping Policy
We do ship worldwide! Shipping is typically handled by UPS or DHL. Once your order is placed, it takes anywhere from 2 – 10 business days to reach you. Please note that while we provide this service, we cannot cover any additional costs related to international shipping, including taxes and tariffs imposed by your country.
